Our online heritage language complementary school combines expertise in language teaching and linguistics with innovative educational tools to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.
We are now seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Client Relations Manager who would lead a new online Polish as a heritage language school and build as well as implement marketing and communication strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Consult clients via e-mails and zoom calls
  • Implement communication strategies (social media, website, newsletters)
  • Analyse and coordinate CRM software
  • Monitor sales
  • Manage school databases (website database, timetables, CRM software)
  • Create and implement marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • Degree in Communication or Education
  • Fluency in Polish
  • Good skills in English
  • Ability to act promptly and find flexible solutions in challenging situations
What We Offer:
  • 2000/2200 EUR per month (final offer dependent on competence, experience, and agreed working hours)
