  • Introducing the HPL, CPL, Compact Exterior and Compact Interior products in the assigned markets (the United Kingdom and Ireland),
  • Budgeting and planning sales  activities,
  • Implementation of the sales plans,
  • Preparation of commercial offers, negotiating terms of cooperation,
  • Gaining new customers and taking actions to increase market share in the assigned market,
  • Building good and steadily improving relationships with customers by maintaining contacts and high-quality customer service,
  • Taking actions to correct and enhance customer service sales,
  • Analyzing the market conditions and competitive actions,
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales results,
  • Reporting activities and findings with clients as part of a CRM system.

  • Higher education,
  • Commercial mindset and negotiation skills,
  • Five years of experience with hands-on role and selling to medium – large segment clients,
  • Pre-experience about selling HPL & Compact Board products would be an asset,
  • Appropriate IT skills,
  • Active driving skills,
  • Readiness to work in the field for assigned market.
