Sales Support & Order Fulfillment Junior Specialist - English & German Speaker

What do you need to start?

  • Minimum C1 level of German;
  • At least B2 level of English;
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines;
  • Customer service skills;
  • Professional experience and educational background are not required, we offer intensive trainings that enable you to fulfill the position expectations;

 

What duties will help you grow?Who are we looking for?

  • successfully communicate by phone and email with Partners and internal teams to coordinate all order-related actions;
  • take ownership of delivery-related problems by escalating to appropriate departments and keeping the Partner up to date  (e.g. exchanging of units damaged in transport, late deliveries, etc.);
  • document properly all order-related information in the ERP system to assure compliance with audit requirements;

You will start your career from the onboarding plan where you’ll grab the basics. When you gain enough experience, you can get promoted or change your role internally choosing from various job positions in areas such as finance, project management, customer care, IT and much more.
