Passenger Support Specialist with Language: English / French / Italian / German

Your daily tasks will include:
  • assisting passengers,
  • supporting them with travel difficulties,
  • providing information via: incoming calls/chat/e-mail on issues related to baggage, ticket reservations and flight rescheduling as well as handling complaints
  • Knowledge of English, French, Italian or German - min. B2 level
  • availability to work from our office (Szczecin, Posejdon)
  • communication skills and attitude towards working with people.
  • high personal culture and customer orientation
  • ability to use Windows operating system and MS Office
