Inviting applications for the role of Order Management Specialist with Italian 


We are looking for the candidates willing to join us to work for great organization and our customer - Unilever



  • Ensure customer orders flow through the ERP system and transmit signals to Logistics for delivery
  • Ensure creation of documents (invoice, delivery note) 
  • Offer all needed information for Customer Facing and Collections specialists, upon request
  • Assist automatic order entry, troubleshoot and escalate failures
  • Perform manual order entry in exceptional cases
  • Follow-up on stock allocation and assist delivery creation, if needed
  • Ensure automatic billing is performed, or customized billing, as per customer requirements
  • Ability to follow defined processes within Order Management, Logistics and Quality and able to problem solve when situations arise outside of the defined processes.
  • Order track and trace when shipped out of the shipping facility, and share updates with relevant teams as required
  • Understands how Order Management impacts upstream and downstream supply chain efficiency. Understands Terms of Sale
  • Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners’ inquiries quickly and effectively

Minimum qualifications

  • Very Good Italian and English min. B2
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to cooperate with external and internal customers
  • Ability to work with various IT applications (SAP, PEGA, AR Collect, reporting tools, etc.)
  • Problem solving and decision-making ability
  • University Graduate (min. Bachelor)
  • Ability to set priorities and to work effectively under pressure of time
  • Service mindset and ability to resolve complex business problems across the organizational silos
