Due to our rapid growth, we are currently looking for individuals for the following position: Customer Success Specialist with English / International Customer Service for our International department. The role of our Customer Success team is to provide ongoing customer service, support and education in the SEO/SEM industry.

Your key responsibilities:
  • international customer service,
  • providing timely and professional support,
  • building lasting relationships based on trust,
  • providing practical support to the client from the beginning of the positioning cooperation, bearing in mind their expectations and needs, as well as in the form of own initiatives,
  • maintaining contact and building relationships with clients by accurately addressing questions, providing information on the ongoing implementation of the service and tips for achieving even better results.
Your experience:
  • proficiency in English at C1 level,
  • willingness to work in an international environment,
  • readiness to work between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. and 10 p.m,
  • openness and ability to build relationships
  • flexibility and speed in learning new systems,
  • empathy, communication skills, ability to carry out tasks independently.
You are the perfect candidate if you also have:
  • experience in customer service
  • knowledge of Digital Marketing (mainly SEO),
  • knowledge of Googles tools (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Presentations).
