We are seeking a Customer Service Manager

who understands the needs of a customer and the importance to have a strong relationship as well as with the internal stakeholders.


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service manager or account manager position in an international environment
  • Experience in cooperating with the client at the strategic level
  • Ability to build long-term relationships
  • Ability to find out of the box solutions
  • Extra pro-client attitude
  • Experience in cooperation with technology, IT and high-tech companies is welcome,
  • Fluent in English and German
