- Effectively manage e-mail customer’s queries to ensure excellent service standards;
- Provide services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency;
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges;
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Communicate in positive manner with team members and business partners.
- Fluency to native level in Finnish;
- Must have excellent written communications skills;
- Call Centre experience will be an asset;
- Experience working with direct consumers in B2C environment as a plus;
- Positive attitude and energy;
- Robust multitasking skills.
- Very good atmosphere in a dynamic and creative international team;
- Extensive system of trainings and plenty of space for the realization of own ideas and strategies;
- The opportunity to work from the office located at the center of Warsaw or working remotely (saving the time you would spend commuting to the office);
